Oracle to hire 3,500 employees next year

Oracle has started its recruitment campaign through social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube and his official blog


Country IT job scenario seems very optimistic in the coming years. At TCS, the big software now will Oracle Corp. introduce the plan to hire next year.

With the current workforce of 21,000 in India, Oracle plans to hire 3,500 employees in its domestic and global business according to a report in The Times of India.

"With our current employees and the new lease plan to add 3,500 more people, we want to ensure we have the right talents, skills and attitude to the growth of our company's fuel and servicing our customers as they look on their transformation journeys" said Sandeep Mathur, Oracle India said in a statement.

The company has already begun recruiting campaign through social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. They also said a post on their official blog.

At this time Oracle has development centers in Bangalore and Hyderabad in India.

The recruitment plan is considered as the result of growth in the company's business units. Recently, Oracle comes with "Oracle Database Appliance" and "Oracle SPARC Supercluster T4-4" to provide customers with choice and a wide range of products and solutions across the database, middleware, applications and hardware in the Indian market.
