BROTHERS tells the moving story of two brothers, thirty-something Captain Sam Cahill (Tobey Maguire), and the younger brother of Tommy Cahill (Jake Gyllenhaal), who are polar opposites. A Marine to embark on his fourth tour of duty, Sam is a loyal family man married to his high school sweetheart, the appropriate name Grace (Natalie Portman), whom he has two daughters. Tommy, his charismatic younger brother is a drifter just out of prison, has always been the humor and charm.
