"These images were illegally stolen mail from my e-girlfriend," Sizemore told the Cleveland Plain Dealer this weekend. "Now is a legal issue that is under investigation. I can not say anything more."
"We fully support Grady as he deals with this personal matter," the Indians in a press release Monday. "They posted photos were stolen from the email account of his girlfriend and a judicial investigation is underway."
