Dancing with the Stars professional dancer Karina Smirnoff is more than just an excellent dancer. The stunningly gorgeous Ukrainian beauty has thrown her support and nude body to a new advertising campaign by animal rights group PETA.
The ad was shot by photographer Robert Sebree and the celeb's motto is "I'd rather dance naked than wearing fur." She said, "I am bare skin, especially when I grew up in Ukraine." Smirnoff has seen the light after seeing video footage of baby seals were killed for their fur. He adds, "there are ways to be warm and be fashionable without being cruel."
DWTS Pillar recently broke his engagement to another professional Maksim Chmerkovskiy dance. The pair has signed on nine the season of the hit ABC reality series that premiered this week. See that two celebrities this week begins here.
According to PETA, millions of animals are killed for their fur, and surprisingly even cats and dogs as well. Sadly, some animals are skinned alive. Karina went on to say: “You have a choice as an individual, you have a choice in the press, in the world, whether to make a statement that you do support killing animals or make a statement when you don’t. And you can still be as chic as you can possibly want to be.”
